Most services are covered by insurance or EAP benefits.
Most major insurance plans such as Aetna, Cigna, Humana, United Healthcare, and UMR are accepted. Most Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) such as Curalinc, Espyre, Kepro, New Directions are accepted.
CCWC accepts most insurance and employee assistance programs. See below for a list of panels. If the panel is not listed, an expedited process enables immediate use of EAP benefits. If we are not on your insurance panel we are still able to serve you and utilize insurance benefits if you can go out of network. Give us a call and we will assist in this process.
